Terms of Service

By accessing or using TaskFlow (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.

• You must be at least 13 years of age to use TaskFlow.
• You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase a paid subscription.
• If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must supervise your use and accept these Terms on your behalf.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at legal@webintimate.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• We reserve the right to disable accounts that violate these Terms.
• Guest Mode: You may use TaskFlow without an account in Guest Mode. Guest data is stored solely on your device. WebIntimate Technologies is not responsible for loss of guest data due to browser clearing, device reset, or other user-initiated actions.

You agree not to use TaskFlow to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation, including India's Information Technology Act, 2000.
• Transmit spam, malware, or any content that is harmful, abusive, or illegal.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems or another user's account.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use automated scripts to scrape, crawl, or interact with the Service without permission.
• Share content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
• Impersonate WebIntimate Technologies or any employee in communications.

TaskFlow allows you to generate public, read-only links to individual tasks ("Shared Tasks"). By sharing a task link, you acknowledge that:

• The linked task content becomes publicly accessible to anyone with the link.
• Do not share tasks containing sensitive, confidential, or personal information.
• You can revoke a shared link at any time from your task settings.
• WebIntimate Technologies is not responsible for how recipients use or share your publicly linked task content.

By enabling notifications in TaskFlow, you consent to receiving:

• Task due-date reminders (browser push or device push notifications).
• Streak reminders (if enabled).
• Weekly productivity insights (email, if opted in).
• Service announcements and critical account communications (email — cannot be disabled).

You can manage or disable notifications at any time through your account settings or device settings.

TaskFlow integrates with third-party services including Supabase (database), Razorpay (payments), Twilio/MSG91 (SMS), and Resend (email). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service and privacy policies. WebIntimate Technologies is not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WebIntimate Technologies and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) Your Content; or (c) your violation of these Terms.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
• Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation (30 days).
• If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, in the city of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
• Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

We may modify these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email and in-app notification before the changes take effect. Non-material changes (e.g., typo fixes, clarifications) take effect immediately. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and WebIntimate Technologies.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
• No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
